Return/Exchange Policy
- Within 30 days of purchase. Purchases made between November 20, 2023 - December 31, 2023 can be exchanged/returned through January 31, 2024.
- Must not be visibly worn, washed or damaged.
- Items not eligible for return or exchange: gift cards, candles, decals and sale items.
To start a return or exchange, click the button below. If your request is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the merchandise originally sent was damaged or incorrect.
When shipping hats, please use original packaging to ensure damage does not occur in transit.
